Section 510 - Fees, Business Licenses and Permits
Section 510:00. Business Licenses and Permits. The fees, charges and rates for business licenses and permits, the duration or term thereof, and the conditions applied thereto, shall be as set forth in Section 510:05, et seq.
Section 510:05. December 31st Expiration. The following licenses and permits shall expire on December 31st of each year:

Section 510:20. No Expiration Date Fixed. The following licenses or permits shall expire in accordance with the term granted:
1 405:15 Advertising Sound - Per day or fraction thereof, $50.00
2 415:00 Circuses and Menageries, etc. - REPEALED BY ORD. 1246 ON 11/6/00
3 415:00 Shows, Exhibitions Concerts, etc. - REPEALED BY ORD. 1246 ON 11/6/00
4 415:35 Investigation fee for activities listed in Section 415 of this Code - REPEALED BY ORD. 1246 ON 11/6/00
5 488:20 Solicitors and Peddlers - Investigation Fee $ 100.00 (eff. 11/18/08)
6 435:00 Public Dance - Issued for one or more public dances or for a period of time not exceeding one year, $25.00
7 435:20 Public Dance, Investigation Fee - $100.00 minimum.
Initial applications $100.00 for all investigations conducted within the State, or the actual cost, not to exceed $10,000, if the investigation is required outside the State of Minnesota.
8 457:85 Rental Unit Dwelling License; Inspection Fee Registration Certificates expire two (2) years after date of issuance. See table below Rental Unit License/Inspection Fee Schedule Eff. 6/3/03

Section 510:25. Fee for False Fire Alarms. The fee to be charged any fire alarm user who has more than two (2) false alarms at the same premises in any calendar year, as provided in Section 140:15 of this Ordinance Code, shall be $150.00 for each such false alarm. The fee shall increase by $100.00 for each additional false call within the calendar year, provided that the maximum fee shall not exceed $350.00. Eff. 1/5/99
