Section 550 - Miscellaneous Licenses and Permit Charges

Section 550:00. Miscellaneous Licenses and Permits.

Subd. 1. Fees, rates and charges for miscellaneous licenses and permits of the following kinds shall be for the term, upon the conditions, and in the amounts set forth in the subdivisions which follow.

Subd. 2. Sidewalk Construction Permit. (Section 640:10)... $ 20.00

Subd. 3. Curbing Construction Permit. (Section 605:10).... $ 50.00

Subd. 4. Curb Cut Permit, Residential, Commercial and Industrial. (Section 605:20 and 605:25) $ 50.00

Towing and storage of impounded cars... Actual cost not exceeding $300.00 less any fines

Subd. 10. Sidewalk Use Permit. (Section 620:15).......... $ 10.00

Subd. 11. Street Blocking Permit. (Section 600:25)....... No charge

Subd. 12. Street Opening Permits. (Section 600:05).........

1. For opening any hole in bituminous surfaced street $150.00 $40.00 per sq. yd. Minimum fee $15.00 per sq. yd. over 20 sq. yds.

2. For opening any hole in gravel or crushed rock street.................................... $120.00 $ 7.50 per sq. yd. Minimum fee

3. For opening any hole in concrete surfaced street $250.00 $45.00 per sq. yd. Minimum fee

4. For opening any hole in bituminous over concrete base...................................... $270.00 $52.50 per sq. yd.

Subd. 13. Subdivision Regulations. (Section 315:10)

To defray administrative costs of processing each subdivision plat, a minimum fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid for each subdivision having three (3) lots or less.

Subd. 18. Annexation Requests. Eff. 8/1/03
To defray administrative costs of reviewing and processing annexation requests, a fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) plus ten dollars ($10) for every acre requested for annexation shall be paid for each annexation request. For establishing a fee, the land being requested for annexation shall be rounded to the nearest acre.

Subd. 19. Fee for Variance for Recreational Vehicle Parking and Storage in Residential Districts. Eff. 9/6/05.
The fee for requesting a variance for recreational vehicle parking and storage in residential districts pursuant to Section 702:20, Subd. 2: ............................$100.00.
