AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VIII OF THE 1976 ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF OWATONNA, ENTITLED "LIQUOR AND BEVERAGES," BY AMENDING SECTIONS 805, 810 AND 820, AND BY ADDING SECTION 815 THERETO.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWATONNA DO ORDAIN:
SECTION I. Section 805 of the 1976 Ordinance Code of the City of Owatonna, entitled "Intoxicating Liquor," is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 805 - "On-Sale" Intoxicating Liquor
Section 805:00. Provisions of State Law Adopted. The provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 340A, relating to the definition of terms, licensing, consumption, sales, conditions of bonds of licensees, hours of sale and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, distribution and consumption of intoxicating liquor, are adopted and made a part of this ordinance as if set out in full.

Section 805:45. Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance is guilty of a misdemeanor.
