AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VIII OF THE 1976 ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF OWATONNA, ENTITLED "LIQUOR AND BEVERAGES," BY AMENDING SECTIONS 805, 810 AND 820, AND BY ADDING SECTION 815 THERETO.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWATONNA DO ORDAIN:
SECTION I of this ordinance not shown. See Sections 805:00 et seq.)
SECTION II. Section 810 of the 1976 Ordinance Code of the City of Owatonna, entitled "Private Club and Public Places, Consumption and Display," is hereby amended as follows:
Section 810 - "Off-Sale" Intoxicating Liquor
Section 810:00. Provisions of State Law Adopted. The provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 340A, relating to the definition of terms, licensing, consumption, sales, conditions of bonds of licensees, hours of sale and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, distribution and consumption of intoxicating liquor, are adopted and made a part of this ordinance as if set out in full.

Section 810:55. Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance is guilty of a misdemeanor.

SECTION V. Effective Date. This ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and publication according to law.
