NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS

 February 4, 2013

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the city council of Owatonna will meet in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 p.m. on February 19, 2013, to consider the making of Improvement No. 13004, an improvement on the following described streets:

· Willow Avenue NE – Rice Lake Street to East Rose Street

· McIndoe Street SE—South Grove to Lincoln Avenue

· McIndoe Street SE – Lincoln Avenue to Truman Avenue

· 14^th Street SE – Lincoln Avenue to Truman  Avenue

· 15^th Street SE – Lincoln Avenue to Truman

· Alley from North Elm Avenue to North Grove Avenue between Front Street and Fremont Street

· Selby Avenue SW – Bridge Street to Mound Street

by full depth repair to bituminous surface pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The estimated cost of the improvement is $1,949,893.07. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
