The Fire Alarm Permit Application form is used to obtain a permit for the installation of fire alarm systems within the City of Owatonna. The following items must be received at the Owatonna Fire Department before any plan reviews will occur: complete Fire Alarm Permit Application, permit fees, and two sets of fire alarm system plans.
