Free Will Advice Clinic

How will you protect your assets?

March 23, 2013 from 8:00am-12:00pm

Protecting our assets becomes a more major concern as we begin thinking about what we'll leave for future generations.

If you have questions about this, or any other aspect of estate planning, attorneys from Patton Hoversten and Berg law offices can answer them at their free Will Clinic on Thursday, May 23, 2013, 8:00am-12:00pm at the Owatonna SeniorPlace.  Attorneys Rebecca Moore and Daryle Bail will provide free 20-minute consultations on estate planning and wills.  Sign up in advance for a specific time, or just walk in and they will see you as soon as they can.

Both attorneys are experts in estate planning and have been conducting will clinics like this, to great success, for a number of years.  "Planning ahead is so important" says Moore, "it is surprising how much of your estate the government can take if you don't have a will.  It gives me a lot of satisfaction to talk people through the process and the implications."

Patton, Hoversten & Berg has law offices in Waseca, Owatonna, Faribault and Janesville.  Their attorneys cover all aspects of law from estate planning to business law and family law to criminal law.

Appointments necessary by calling SeniorPlace at 507-444-4280.
