Boys and girls age 5 (by August 31) through 6th grade learn basic skills in a fun, all inclusive, social setting. Players are divided into separate boys and girls divisions:
-5 year olds and Kindergarten
-1st and 2nd grades
-3rd and 4th grades
-5th and 6th grades
Groups are coached by volunteers and practices are held according to their schedule. Practices and scrimmages are held weekday evenings and Saturday mornings at Lincoln Soccer Complex. Required equipment: shin guards and athletic shoes.
Cost: $46, after March 11th - $56
Program dates: Starts the week of April 14 and ends the week of June 2
Coaches Meeting: April 8 (coaches will call players for their first practice)

Register on March 1st and receive a free soccer ball! Even if you register on-line on March 1st, you can print your receipt and bring it in to the office to pick up your free soccer ball.
ELK’s Soccer Shootout will be May 17th, 8:30am -1:00pm by the Lincoln Soccer Pavilion. Make-up date is May 31st.
Volunteer coaches needed!
The Park and Recreation Department utilizes volunteer coaches for many of the youth programs the department offers. Volunteer coaches are a key ingredient in the offering of these youth programs. This includes training in psychology and philosophy of youth sports, first aid, and teaching skill techniques for the various activities. Please call the Park and Recreation office if interested at 507-444-4321. All volunteer coaches must fill out a background chech on a yearly basis.
